Also on a 1 minute walking distance you get to the stops for both the Waterbus and Watertaxi that take you to for instance Cruiseship SS Rotterdam and Hotel New York in less than 5 minutes.

There is a nice café and a good restaurant. Within 8 minutes you are at Coolhaven where you can step into the Metro to the Central Station and the City Center. And in about 10 minutes you are at the highway.
